Orders & Prices
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock or if the details provided are incorrect. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Payment
You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), card, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara at checkout. With Cash on Delivery, you pay in cash when your order is delivered. Please keep exact change ready.
Delivery
We deliver in 2–5 working days across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Qatar. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery is free in the UAE on orders over AED 150.
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, contact us through the Contact Us page and we will help.
Personalised Items
Personalised items are made to order. Please check your photo, name or message carefully before you submit your order. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Returns & Refunds
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are sent to your original payment method or wallet/bank within 7 days of your return being approved. See our Refund and Returns Policy page for full details.
