Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Personalised items — photo mugs, name cushions, lamps and gift boxes made for you — cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
To start a return, contact us through the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we send your refund to your original payment method or wallet/bank within 7 days.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Delivery
Delivery takes 2–5 working days across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery is free in the UAE on orders over AED 150.
You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), card, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara at checkout.
